Swift is friendly guy but there’s few things he needs to improve.
1) I arrived right in time and he was still not ready. If you have a customer at a specific time, you should arrive earlier to prepare everything. 2) told him several times during our conversation that I like to keep my hair to the left. At the end, he simply left it straight. This is active listening to what the customers are saying.
3) felt like everything was done in a rush and not paying attention to details.
